Terms
Plain-language rules for using Cookd at cookd.thatlev.com.
Who can use Cookd
You must be 13 or older. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
What Cookd is
Cookd is an independent study tool. It shows questions from the official SAT Question Bank in a test-day layout in your own browser and keeps statistics about how you answer. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this website.
You use the Question Bank under College Board’s own terms. Cookd doesn’t copy, store or share College Board content, and you agree not to use Cookd to do so either.
Your account and data
- Keep your sign-in email and any access tokens to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens with them.
- Your practice data and notes are yours. You can export or delete them at any time in Settings.
- Don’t put anything in notes or set names that you don’t have the right to store.
Fair use
Don’t try to break, overload or get around Cookd’s security or rate limits, don’t access other people’s data, and don’t use Cookd for anything illegal. Accounts that do may be suspended.
No guarantees
Cookd is provided as it is, without warranties. Statistics, target times and practice sets are study aids; they don’t predict or guarantee an SAT score. Cookd may change, pause or stop features, and it depends on College Board’s pages, which can change without notice.
To the extent the law allows, Cookd and the people who run it aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss beyond restoring what Cookd still has.
Ending things
You can stop using Cookd and delete your account at any time. Cookd may close accounts that break these terms, and will say why when it can.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If you don’t agree with new terms, you can delete your account and export your data first.
