Ask your AI what’s cooking you
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP app. It reads your history and notes, then builds a set for the time you have.
Claude fills everything in for you. ChatGPT takes three steps in developer mode until Cookd is in its app directory.
- You: Make me a set of hard Transitions for tonight.
- Your AI: How many minutes do you have, and do you test with standard time, +50% or +100%?

It sees your practice, never the questions
Your AI sees
- Question IDs, skills and difficulty
- Your answers, changes and cross-outs
- Time against each target
- Mistake reasons and your notes
- Your stats and review queue
- How many questions you have left
Never sent
- Question text and passages

Cookd never stores them, so it has nothing to send. When your AI suggests a question, it links you to it on the Question Bank.
Pick your app
One address works in all of them.
https://cookd.thatlev.com/api/mcpChoose Add to Claude above. Claude opens Add custom connector with Cookd and the server URL filled in; check them and choose Add.
Or by hand: open Customize > Connectors, choose + Add, then Add custom connector, name it
Cookdand paste the server URL.Choose Connect on Cookd.
Sign in to Cookd in the window that opens and choose Allow.
Works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps. On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it under Organization settings > Connectors.
In ChatGPT, open Settings > Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Open chatgpt.com/plugins and choose +. Name it
Cookd, paste this server URL, keep OAuth and create it:https://cookd.thatlev.com/api/mcpSign in to Cookd and choose Allow. In a chat, turn Cookd on from the + menu.
Until Cookd is in ChatGPT’s app directory, adding it needs developer mode, which needs a paid plan; a workspace admin may have to allow it. On plans that allow only read-only apps, ChatGPT can read your history but can’t make sets.
Create a personal access token in Settings > AI access.
Keep it in an environment variable, for example in your shell profile, and add Cookd:
export COOKD_TOKEN="ckd_pat_..." codex mcp add cookd --url https://cookd.thatlev.com/api/mcp --bearer-token-env-var COOKD_TOKEN
That writes [mcp_servers.cookd] to ~/.codex/config.toml. Check it with codex mcp list.
Create a token in Settings > AI access and set
COOKD_TOKENin the environment Cursor starts from.Add Cookd to
~/.cursor/mcp.json:{ "mcpServers": { "cookd": { "url": "https://cookd.thatlev.com/api/mcp", "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer ${env:COOKD_TOKEN}" } } } }Turn it on in Cursor Settings > MCP.
Or put it in .cursor/mcp.json inside a project.
With a token from Settings > AI access in
COOKD_TOKEN, run:claude mcp add --transport http cookd https://cookd.thatlev.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer $COOKD_TOKEN"
Or add it without the header and sign in with OAuth from /mcp inside Claude Code.
Any app that connects to remote MCP servers works with the server URL above.
Sign in with OAuth, or send a personal access token from Settings > AI access as
Authorization: Bearer ckd_pat_...
